Advice for planning a new kitchen

Think about how you'll use your storage

Storage works best when it's planned around your daily routine. Rather than simply adding more cupboards, think about where you prepare food, cook and entertain. Well-organised storage can make regular tasks feel much easier.

Every detail should have a purpose

The most effective kitchens are designed with purpose. Features such as internal drawers, pull-out storage and larder units help make everyday tasks easier while keeping your kitchen organised.

If you're looking for inspiration, our guides to Kitchen Storage, Kitchen Internal Drawers and Kitchen Corner Unit Ideas explore ways to maximise every inch of space.

Think beyond today

A new kitchen is a long-term investment, so it's worth choosing products that have been carefully designed to perform well every day. Thinking about storage, durability and how you'll use the space now can help you make decisions you'll appreciate long term.
