How can I book a home measure? 
Simply, contact your local store and they can arrange a convenient time and day to visit you at home and check your kitchen measurements. Find your local showroom here. 

How do I change or cancel my Design Consultation? 
If you’ve booked an In-Store Design Consultation, please call or email the store to amend your appointment. You can find your local store’s contact information here<link to Find a showroom page>  

If you've booked a Virtual Design Consultation, please call or email the design hub on 0113 201 3444 or 

When will I receive a link to my Virtual Design Consultation? 
Your dedicated Magnet designer will email you with the Microsoft Teams link prior to your appointment. If you haven’t received this, please contact your local store here.

Do I need to book an appointment to view displays in-store? 
You don’t need to book any kind of appointment to view our displays in-store. Feel free to come and visit us anytime! Our friendly designers will be more than happy to have a chat with you if you wish.  

How do I order samples? 
Samples of our kitchen accessories can be ordered with any Magnet designer and delivered directly to your door – free of charge. You can either call, email or visit your local showroom to place your order. Find your local store here. 

How do I measure my kitchen? 
You can view an instructional video and get tips on measuring your kitchen space here.

How can I submit my kitchen measurements? 
If you haven’t yet booked a Design Consultation with us, you can do so here and submit your measurements when prompted on the booking form.  

If you’ve already booked or attended a Design Consultation with us and you’d like to pass your kitchen measurements onto your designer, you can either call or email them to do so. Find the contact details for your local store or designer here.

Can I purchase an appliance on its own? 
Yes, appliances can be purchased individually through any of our stores with the adjoining Trade counter. Unfortunately, we're unable to offer an appliance-only installation service, so this purchase would be made on a supply-only basis. Find your local store here.

Is it possible to buy a kitchen island on its own? 
Yes, we can create a 3D design and quote for your kitchen island if you book a Design Consultation here. Alternatively, you can contact your local store to make arrangements for this.  

Am I able to buy a kitchen without appliances? 
Yes, you can order kitchen furniture from Magnet and appliances from elsewhere. However, we wouldn’t advise this due to potential sizing issues. We recommend speaking with a Magnet designer to discuss this further. Find your local store here.
