1.0 Promotions

1.1 Our Prices
All prices displayed on our website and within our literature are based on the following typical kitchen layouts: 8 units (small), 12 units (medium) and 16 units (large) and have had multibuy discounts applied. Multibuy offer only applies when you purchase 5 or more complete kitchen units (comprising carcase, doors and hinges) and does not apply to installation, appliances, worktops or accessories purchased with the units; you will save 50% off the cost of the units purchased in-store should you qualify for this offer. Any images are for illustrative purposes unless otherwise stated. The price includes the kitchen cabinets, price excludes end panels, plinths and trims. Appliance pack prices include the hob, hood and oven and must be sold as a pack to qualify for the discounted price. Installation is not included. Prices are correct at the time of publication. Every kitchen is unique so we’d always recommend getting a quote from one of our expert designers that’s tailored to you and your space. All prices include vat.

1.1.1 the beko appliance pack for £345 includes an oven (bnif22300xd), hob (hnzg64122sx) and hood (basic chimney hood). Must be sold as a pack to qualify for the discounted price, any changes may result in additional costs.

1.1.2 the zanussi appliance pack for £716 includes an oven (bpk351020m), hob (hg654351sm) and hood (dkb4650m). Must be sold as a pack to qualify for the discounted price, any changes may result in additional costs.

1.1.3 the electrolux appliance pack for £893 includes an oven (eob3400eax), hob (kgs6424x) and hood (elica claire). Must be sold as a pack to qualify for the discounted price, any changes may result in additional costs.

1.1.4 the appliance pack for £1,000 includes an oven (bpk351020m), hob (hg654351sm) and hood (dkb4650m). Must be sold as a pack to qualify for the discounted price, any changes may result in additional costs.

1.1.5 the samsung appliance pack for £2,348 includes an oven (nv73j9770rm), hob (nz64n7777gk) and hood (nk24n5703bm). Must be sold as a pack to qualify for the discounted price, any changes may result in additional costs.

1.2 Finance

Privacy and Data Protection  

24. The Promoter’s use of any personal information submitted by the Participant shall be limited to communications about the Promotion and for managing the redemption process. The Participant hereby consents to its personal information being used for this purpose and confirms that it agrees with the Promoter’s privacy policy available at: www.samsung.com/uk/info/privacy.html. The Participant may withdraw consent to such use of personal information by writing to the Promoter or by using the opt-out process outlined in the Promoter’s privacy policy.

25. Other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions, the details and information provided by the Participant when entering the Promotion or claiming the Reward will not be used for any other purpose, nor shall they be passed to any third party. 

General  

26. The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to the Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.  

27. The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion.  

28. The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or Claims; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the Promoter; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.  

29. Participants will be solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes and any other relevant costs or expenses which are not stated in these Promotion Terms as being included. 

30. By participating in this Promotion, you agree, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, to release and hold the Promoter harmless from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in or in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation, awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of the Reward. The above limitation of liability shall not apply to liability arising from fraud (including fraudulent misrepresentation), death or personal injury caused as a result of Promoter’s negligence.  

31. The Promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales

1.7 50% off cabinets

• Purchase 5 or more kitchen units and save 50% off the list price of those units.  
• Offer only applies to complete kitchen units. It does not apply to installation, appliances, worktops, handles, or other elements purchased.  
• This 50% off kitchen units multibuy offer can be used in conjunction with other offers where specified in the relevant offer conditions.  
• Offer not valid on Magnet Trade or LNPG purchases. 

1.8 Save up to 15% off Installation

• Spend over £5,000 on your complete kitchen and receive 5% off installation. 

• Spend over £10,000 on your complete kitchen and receive 10% off installation. 

• Spend over £15,000 on your complete kitchen and receive 15% off installation. 

• Offer only applies to complete kitchen spend including; installation, appliances, worktops, handles, or other elements purchased with the units.  

• Offer not valid on Magnet Trade or LNPG purchases.  

• Offer cannot be applied retrospectively once an order has been completed.  

• Cannot be exchanged for cash or an equivalent.  

• Subject to availability.  

• This offer is only valid for use in relation to the kitchen that qualified for the offer, which must be ordered between 2nd – 29th June 2026. 

1.9 AEG cashback

1. Consumers who make a qualifying purchase between28.05.26 and 02.09.26 (both dates inclusive) may claim cashback (“AEG Reward”) in accordance with these terms until 28.02.27 The AEG reward will be issued via a bank transfer.  
2. The AEG Rewards offer is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man and is available on eligible purchases that they make at Magnet. 
3. This promotionis applicableto end-consumers only (excludes trade and contract).  
4. Maximum of 1 claim per household. Claims are capped at 1 eligible claim per household with unlimited number of products per claim. For avoidance of doubt, 1 (one) claim equates invoice/tillreceiptand all product models must be purchased within the scope of maximum 1 (one) invoices/till receipts.

6. To register appliances within your order and claim your AEG Reward, please visit our AEG promotions claims site at aeg.co.uk/KitchenRetailSummerand follow the on-screen instructions. Please note payment will be subject to compliance with these terms and conditions. 
7. The AEG Reward will be cashback to a maximum value of £1300. You will only be eligible to claim the AEG Reward when youpurchase 3 or more selected AEG appliances. The purchase must include 1 single or double oven and 1 hob. The AEG Reward amounts available are as follows: 

3 appliances - £150 

4 appliances - £200 

5 appliances - £300 

6 appliances - £500 

7+ appliances - £700 

Selected AEG Hob - £600

8. All online claims will need to besubmitted and received by midnight on 28.02.27. No online claims can be submitted after this date and no responsibility can be accepted by the Promoter for claims which are not made by this closing date. 
9. Claims relating to productspurchasedbefore 28.05.26 and after 02.09.26 will not be accepted.
10. Proof of purchase must be provided to support any online claim. Claims made without proof of purchase will be rejected.  
11. If you return or cancel the delivery of a qualifying product beforesubmittinga Claim, the Claim will not be valid and you must not make a Claim. If you return or cancel the delivery of a qualifying product after submitting a Claim, the Claim will be invalid and you must cancel the Claim immediately by emailing aeg@promotion-support.com. The Promoter reserves the right to check with Participating Retailers whether a qualifying product has been returned or the order cancelled and by submitting a Claim you provide consent to the Promoter to do so. Any refunds for returned products will be conditional upon the repayment of any AEG Reward. 
12. All instructions given within this leaflet are part of these terms and conditions. 
13. By claiming your AEG Rewards, applicants will bedeemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions. 
14. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the promotion at any time.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims. The Promoter reserves the right to reject those claims, which it considers, in its absolute discretion, are fraudulent or invalid.
16. After registration and a successful verification, the participant will receive a transfer to the bank account specified by them during the registration in the amount specified in these terms and conditions. 
17. The Promoter endeavours to transfer the cashback amount to the specified account within 28 days from the date when the registration was approved. If there is a high number of registrations, delays may occur. 
18. Personal data suppliedduring the course ofthis AEG Rewards Promotion will only be processed as necessary for the operation of the AEG Rewards Promotion and in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy which can be found here - https://www.aeg.co.uk/overlays/data-privacy-statement/. Personal data will be shared with Benamic Limited and its sub-contractors as data processors of the Promotor for the sole purpose of managing claims submitted in the AEG Rewards Promotion and only in accordance with the Promotor’s instructions. Personal data supplied during the course of this AEG Rewards Promotion will be retained for 12 months from the end of the AEG Rewards Promotion.

2.0 SMEG cashback

1.1 From time to time at the Promoter’s discretion, the Promoter may offer cashback on the purchase of certain goods.  

1.2 If a good is eligible for cashback, details of the promotion, the closing date for submissions for claims and any specific terms or exclusions which may apply will be displayed on the relevant product page of the retailer from which you purchase the goods or on our website [https://www.smeguk.com/promotions/magnetcookercashback.html].  

1.3 The cashback promotion is available for new goods only and does not apply to graded, used, ex-display, exchanged or contribution exchanged goods. Qualifying goods must be purchased on a single order. 

1.4 You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions by making a claim for cashback. 

1.5 In order to be eligible for cashback you must make a purchase of a qualifying good in the timeframe displayed on the relevant product page of the retailer from which you purchase the goods or on our website [https://www.smeguk.com/promotions/magnetcookercashback.html], as well as meeting the eligibility criteria set out at clause 3 of the Terms and Conditions. 

1.5 In order to claim the cashback, you must register the following details at [https://www.smeguk.com/promotions/ magnetcookercashback.html] within the time period displayed on the relevant product page of the retailer from which you purchase the goods or on our website [https://www.smeguk.com/promotions/ magnetcookercashback.html]: 

(a) Your name; 

(b) Your full address, email address and telephone number ; 

(c) The full 20-digit serial number and model number of the goods purchased; 

(d) Proof of purchase; 

(e) The date of purchase; 

(f) The retailer you purchased the goods from; and  

(g) Your bank account details (full name associated with the bank account, sort code and account number) for the cashback to be paid. This must be a bank account in the United Kingdom or ROI. 

1.6 Your claim for cashback will not be validated until 30 days after the date of purchase of the qualifying goods. 

1.7 Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted.  

1.8 You are responsible for making sure the information submitted is correct and the Promoter does not accept any responsibility as a result of inaccuracies in your claim. 

1.9 If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when placing claim online, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete claims. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any claims which are not completed within the timeframe required for any reason. 

1.10 Cashback shall only be made into a UK or ROI bank account and the value of the cashback cannot be exchanged for goods or services. 

1.11 The Promoter (or the relevant third party facilitator for the Promotion) endeavours to transfer the cashback amount to your specified bank account within [90 ] days from the date when the cashback claim has been approved. If there is a high number of registrations, delays may occur and the Promoter shall not be responsible for any such delays. 

1.12 The cashback promotion may only be used once per qualifying good purchased and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or deal that may be available on the qualifying good, unless otherwise stated.
