Design, materials and engineering
Contemporary Portobello is designed as a one-piece slab style premium textured finish door with a realistic woodgrain effect. Doors are 18mm cut and edged melamine-faced chipboard slabs, with a matching melamine reverse for a cohesive look.
Sustainable design
Portobello incorporates the first wood-based MFC material to feature 100% recycled content. It also uses FSC-certified materials - this means the Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®-C100100) track the entire journey of the wood all the way from the forest to your kitchen. Being FSC-certified ensures that products come from responsibly managed forests that provide environmental, social and economic benefits.
Portobello also supplies 100% recycled plastic adjustable cabinet legs with all base and tall units.
