If you decide to go ahead, we’ll work closely with you to arrange a suitable time for fitting (you’ll find all the up-to-date details in your online portal). Did we mention that you’ll also benefit from our after-care service, which includes a home visit one year after installation? We use this time to check that everything is working as it should.
If you prefer to use an independent fitter, we’re happy to work with them to ensure a smooth, hassle-free installation. We're just as hands-on with this option as we are with our own full kitchen installation service.
Before they begin work, your independent fitter should approve your kitchen plans. We’ll ensure they get set up with a Magnet Trade account, giving them access to trade kitchen discounts and joinery offers. Finance works differently with supply-only installation, but your designer will explain all this and more at the outset.
