When you begin your kitchen journey with us, you’ll be introduced to your very own dedicated designer, the same expert who’ll guide you from your first hello to the final installation.
What to expect from our design process
1. Prepare for your Appointment
Before you speak with one of our designers, you’ll need to take some kitchen measurements with the help of our easy-to-follow ‘How to measure’ guide. We can also carry out a free home measure service if you'd like us to check your measurements - just ask your designer.
Be sure to make a note of:
- A rough outline of your floor space
- Marked locations of doors, windows and other immovable fixtures
- Wall-to-wall measurements
2. Meet with your Magnet designer
This could be at your chosen Magnet store or via a video call. We’ll discuss what you want from your new kitchen. Your designer will share ideas, take you through our kitchen ranges, answer any questions and start creating a 3D render of your design.

3. Receive a 3D design and quote
After your Appointment, you’ll receive a 3D design of your new kitchen, samples of your chosen cabinets and accessories, and a no-obligation quote which will all be uploaded to your My Project account. From there, you’ll also be able to view and request any changes to your design.
