To bring Closer to life, we didn’t build sets or stage showrooms - we filmed in real Magnet customer kitchens. Because nothing proves the power of great design more than the homes and lives it touches.

You’ll step into Anna’s beautifully crafted kitchen in York, a space she’d been dreaming about for decades, finally brought to life with her Magnet designer Katy. And you’ll experience Jamie’s bold, contemporary kitchen in Hull - a space full of personality, ambition and everyday joy designed by George.

These real kitchens are the heart of our two 30-second TV stories. They show what happens when design expertise meets imagination: the moment a vision becomes reality. For us, choosing to film in real homes wasn’t just a creative decision, it was a commitment to authenticity.
