Magnet's Mango Smoothie

Kickstart your day in a healthy way with this vitamin-packed refreshing fruit drink.


Ingredients (makes four 250ml servings)

1 medium mango (or 200g prepared mango chunks)

1 medium banana

500ml orange juice (not from concentrate)

4 ice cubes


  1. If using a whole Mango, cut it down either side of the flat stone, peel and cut the flesh into chunks.
  2. Peel and chop the banana.
  3. Put the mango, banana and orange juice into a food processor or blender with the ice and process until smooth and thick. Keep in the fridge and serve the day you make it.
