Every Magnet kitchen is made-to-order to your personal design specification, to ensure that it is as unique as you are. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant is the only one of its kind in the UK and we will only begin to make your customised kitchen after your order has been placed.

Our membership of the Government TrustMark scheme means our approved installers are selected and monitored to make sure that they are trustworthy and reputable.

Our installation service starts with a pre-fit technical survey to ensure we really understand what your installation will entail. Then, if required we will remove your old kitchen before starting to fit your new one. Unlike many other companies, a Magnet installation includes a complete ‘wet fit’, which means that we can also take care of any gas, electrics and plumbing requirements that arise from fitting your new kitchen. Our installers will also do their best to complete a project as quickly – but as carefully – as possible and will always tidy up on completion.

When you have your kitchen installed by Magnet, you not only have a 15 year cabinet guarantee, but also all workmanship is covered for 2 years.

If you choose our installation service, your designer will contact you within 14 days and even visit your home to check that you are completely happy. In the rare case of a problem occurring, your designer can resolve this as quickly as possible. You will then be given your 15 year cabinet guarantee, for complete peace of mind. All of this means that you have nothing to worry about, just a wonderful new Magnet kitchen to enjoy.

Smart Care represents the ultimate in after sales care, purpose designed to boost trust and confidence for customers who choose Magnet to install their kitchen. This totally unique concept means that we don’t just take it for granted that you are happy with your Magnet kitchen. Instead, our experts will visit your home at your request one year after installation to make sure everything is to your satisfaction.

When this check is completed you’ll receive a full written report, along with lots of useful advice concerning the on-going care and maintenance of your kitchen.

We’ll give your kitchen a thorough examination from top to bottom. From alignment of cabinets to smooth action hinges, plumbing fittings and the condition of the sealant, we’ll check every detail in depth. Although we’re confident everything should be fine, this check ensures your kitchen is still looking and performing as good as it did on the day it was installed.
