Magnet's Full Circle Service uses seven steps to take you through the entire process of buying your dream kitchen and makes the whole experience as easy, enjoyable and thoroughly satisfying as possible.
The first thing you need to do is visit your local branch to have a chat with one of our designers to get things started
We’ll start as we mean to go on – in your kitchen. On the first home visit your personal designer will take accurate measurements and get to grips with exactly what you want from your new kitchen.
And don’t worry – a home survey doesn’t mean added pressure – it’s a totally no obligation appointment. Our designers never sell in the home, they’re only interested in taking measurements and finding out exactly what you’re looking for.

From that point onwards, your designer will be your personal point of contact all the way through your project, even after completion, in order to give you total peace of mind.
During your home survey we’ll discuss what type of kitchen you want and what type of kitchen will best suit your home. After all, a city centre apartment has a different ambience than a Victorian terrace or a country cottage.
If you have any concerns about cost, installation, about what material to use or even what colour will work best; then ask your designer during your home survey. That’s what they’re there for.
